A gas distribution assembly and a cooling assembly are connected to the interior of the reaction cylinder, a gas outlet is formed in a sealing head of the discharging cylinder, and a liquid discharging port is formed in a cylinder body of the discharging cylinder. The production efficiency of the 2-butenoic acid can be improved, and the production scale of the 2-butenoic acid can be increased.
