Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a feed premixing device, and belongs to the technical field of material mixing, a mixing barrel is rotatably mounted on a support frame, a shaft barrel is coaxially mounted in the mixing barrel, a first auger is arranged on the inner wall of the mixing barrel, and a second auger is arranged on the outer wall of the shaft barrel; the spiral angles of the first auger and the second auger are consistent, the first auger and the second auger spirally extend downwards, a discharging channel is formed between the first auger and the second auger, the end, away from the discharging channel, of the first auger is higher than the end, close to the discharging channel, of the first auger, and the end, away from the discharging channel, of the second auger is higher than the end, close to the discharging channel, of the second auger; the annular barrel can move up and down along the discharging channel and can synchronously rotate along with the mixing barrel, the annular barrel comprises an inn
