Dry-process reconstituted tobacco and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of dry-process reconstituted tobacco, which comprises the following steps: S1) mixing crushed tobacco straws with water, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain a tobacco extracting solution; s2) mixing and dipping softwood pulp and a tobacco extracting solution to obtain dipped pulp; s3) drying and forming the impregnated slurry to obtain a substrate; and S4) coating the substrate with a coating liquid, and drying to obtain the dry-process reconstituted tobacco. Compared with the prior art, the dry-process reconstituted tobacco provided by the invention adopts the fluff pulp which is impregnated with the tobacco straw extract and has rich tobacco flavor, additional procedures are not needed, the uniformity of the product is improved, the problem of'white core 'is avoided, and hydroxyl groups in tobacco components can be combined in the subsequent drying process, so that the quality of the tobacco is improved.
