The device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a cutting mechanism and a traction mechanism, the unmanned aerial vehicle is detachably connected with the connecting piece and detachably connected with the cutting mechanism through the connecting piece, and after the unmanned aerial vehicle drives the connecting piece to penetrate through a to-be-cut branch, the connecting piece can drive the cutting mechanism to be hung on the to-be-cut branch; two ends of the cutting mechanism are separably connected with the traction mechanism, and the traction mechanism is used for pulling the two ends of the cutting mechanism to reciprocate back and forth to cut branches to be cut.
