Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-cost hepatitis B virus (HBV) nucleic acid rapid detection method based on a functionalized modified paper base, which can realize rapid detection of HBV nucleic acid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-amplifying HBV (Hepatitis B Virus) nucleic acid to obtain Texas red labeled nucleic acid; (2) capturing and enriching the Texas red labeled nucleic acid by adopting a functionally modified paper base; (3) carrying out signal detection; the functional modified paper base is modified with a fusion protein containing TR512 polypeptide. The protein functionalization modified paper base is easy to prepare, the nucleic acid detection time is short, and the detection cost is low.
