Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nucleic acid aptamer capable of being specifically combined with p30 protein of African swine fever ASFV and application of the nucleic acid aptamer, and belongs to the field of molecular immunity. The SELEX technology is utilized, ASFV p30 protein serves as a binding antigen, nucleic acid aptamers are screened out from a nucleic acid library, two nucleic acid aptamers with the highest binding force and good specificity are subsequently identified through aptamer secondary structure prediction, aptamer affinity determination, aptamer specificity detection and the like, and the core sequences of the two nucleic acid aptamers are shown as SEQ ID No: 1 and SEQ ID No: 2 respectively. The ASFV p30 protein specific nucleic acid aptamer screened and prepared by the invention has excellent specificity and affinity, and provides an important technical support for further research of an ASFV antigen detection technology.
