SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A TOOL

The present disclosure relates to a system and method for adjusting a tool having a plurality of sections for insertion into a cavity of a machine. The method includes determining an initial alignment measurement of at least a portion of the tool; comparing the initial alignment measurement value with a target alignment measurement value to determine an adjustment amount; and adjusting at least one of the plurality of segments based on the adjustment amount.
