Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an electrolyte with high and low temperature performance and a lithium ion battery, the electrolyte comprises a main lithium salt, an organic solvent and a first additive, the structure of the first additive is shown in the following formula (I), M < + > is selected from ammonium cations, and R1 is selected from C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 fluoroalkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy or C1-C6 fluoroalkoxy; and the second additive is a film-forming additive for improving the cycle performance and is selected from at least one of anhydride compounds, oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds or polyunsaturated alkenyl compounds. The electrolyte provided by the invention has excellent high-temperature cycle performance and high-temperature storage performance, and also has relatively low internal resistance of a battery cell, so that the normal-temperature cycle and low-temperature discharge performance of the battery are remarkably improved.
