Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a brake device and a vehicle. The brake device comprises a brake pad and a brake disc. The brake pad is provided with a first surface facing the brake disc, and the brake disc is provided with a second surface making contact with the brake pad. The area of the first surface is S1, the area of the second surface is S2, and S1 is greater than S2. When a vehicle is braked, the first surface, facing the brake disc, of the brake pad makes contact with the second surface of the brake disc, the area S1 of the first surface is larger than the area S2 of the second surface, in other words, in the braking process, the second surface makes contact with the brake pad completely, that is, the second surface is wholly abraded, and therefore no groove structure is generated after the brake disc is abraded; therefore, stress concentration caused by the grooves is prevented, a vehicle body cannot shake and jump when the vehicle is braked, and safety and reliability of the braking device are improved.
