The novel titanium catalyst can be applied to preparation of polyester resin and can fade a color of the polyester resin. 本发明提供一种新型钛催化剂、其用途以及聚酯树酯的制备方法，前述的新型钛催化剂具有如式(I)、式(II)或式(III)的一结构：式(I)、式(II)或式(III)中各符号如说明书中所定义者。前述的新型钛催化剂可应用于制备一聚酯树酯，并可淡化聚酯树酯的一颜色。
