And the length and the width of the antenna sub-array are four times of the wavelength corresponding to the working center frequency of the antenna sub-array. Compared with an antenna sub-array of a 1024 antenna unit which only supports 2 * N expansion at most, the antenna sub-array ruler in the invention can support any two-dimensional expansion in an N * N mode.
