The coding and decoding system comprises an RISC-V processor, an LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) coding and decoding device and universal equipment, the RISC-V processor is in communication connection with the LDPC codec and the general equipment; the RISC-V processor is used for executing instructions and storing data according to a written program so as to control a coding and decoding system; and the LDPC codec is used for carrying out coding and decoding work under the scheduling of the RISC-V processor and carrying out data interaction with universal equipment.
