Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a stainless steel thin-wall steel pipe welding seam quality detection method which comprises the following steps: step 1, trimming a welding seam and two side surfaces of a to-be-detected pipe fitting, and then fixing the to-be-detected pipe fitting on a detection bracket; step 2, calibrating a center line of a welding seam and reference lines on two sides, determining a scanning range of a probe, and coating engine oil or a water-based cellulose derivative in a scanning area as a coupling agent; step 3, connecting the used ultrasonic detector, the probe and the computer, placing the probe right above the welding seam, controlling the probe to translate at a constant speed along the welding seam direction by the ultrasonic detector, sending ultrasonic waves to a welding seam area while the probe translates, and receiving a reflected signal by the probe at the same time; and 4, according to the weld defect information output by the computer, repair welding is conducted on the defect pos |
