Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of hazardous waste incineration treatment, in particular to a high-halogen hazardous waste incineration treatment process which comprises the following steps: (1) adding alkaline earth metal oxide powder accounting for 65-90% of the total amount of halogen molecules of high-halogen hazardous waste, and uniformly mixing to obtain a to-be-treated material; (2) selecting an ingredient of which the residual slag rate is 5-13%, the slag ash melting point is 1000-1100 DEG C and the calorific value is complementary to that of the high-halogen hazardous waste, and uniformly mixing the ingredient with the to-be-treated material to obtain a compatible material; (3) putting the compatible material into a rotary kiln for incineration, and diffusing moisture and flue gas from the rotary kiln to a secondary combustion chamber for continuous combustion; and (4) after combustion, the flue gas enters a waste heat boiler for heat recovery and denitration, passes through a tail purif |
