Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a preparation method of a thermal barrier coating, relates to the technical field of preparation processes of thermal protection coatings, and aims to solve the problem that a high-performance thermal barrier coating is difficult to manufacture at low cost in the prior art. The preparation method of the thermal barrier coating sequentially comprises the steps that the metal bonding layer is prepared on the surface of the blade through HVOF; carrying out heat treatment on the metal bonding layer by adopting PS-PVD (Pressure Swing Physical Vapor Deposition) equipment; and preparing the ceramic heat insulation coating. According to the preparation method of the thermal barrier coating, the production cost can be reduced, and the product performance can be improved. 本发明提供了一种热障涂层的制备方法，涉及热防护涂层的制备工艺技术领域，为解决现有技术中难以低成本地制造高性能的热障涂层的问题而设计。热障涂层的制备方法依次包括采用HVOF在叶片表面制备金属粘结层；采用PS-PVD设备对所述金属粘结层进行热处理；制备陶瓷隔热涂层。本发明提供的热障涂层的制备方法可以降低生产成本，提高产品性能。
