The primer pair is designed and obtained according to target sites as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-5. The crRNA probe is obtained by designing target sites as shown in SEQ ID NO: 6 to SEQ ID NO: 10. The invention discloses a kit for detecting tigecycline-resistant high-virulence klebsiella pneumoniae based on a CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats) mode.
