The invention relates to a special tool for disassembling and assembling a bearing of a copper roller wiper of a SUNDWIG rolling mill and a disassembling and assembling method thereof, the special tool comprises a disassembling tool and an assembling tool, the disassembling tool comprises a rammer, the front end of the rammer is provided with an end cover connected and positioned with a bearing seat, the front end face of the end cover is convexly provided with a bolt column corresponding to a bolt hole in the bearing seat, and the assembling tool is connected with the assembling tool. The rear end of the rammer is a knocking end, and when the bearing is disassembled, the bolt column is inserted into the bolt hole to connect and position the end cover and the bearing seat; the assembling tool comprises a cylindrical hammer, a front cover and a rear cover are fixed to the front end and the rear end of the cylindrical hammer respectively, a circle of protrusions matched with the inner diameter of the bearing ar
