The flavored beverage is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: a stropharia rugoso-annulata extracting solution or a stropharia rugoso-annulata mixed extracting solution, a preservative, stevioside, erythritol, table salt, citric acid, sodium citrate, edible essence and a thickening agent.
