Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a vibration isolation platform based on a magnetic suspension planar motor and a control method of the vibration isolation platform. The vibration isolation platform comprises a load, the planar motor, a sensor, a base and a controller. The planar motor is composed of a rotor and a stator, the rotor comprises four groups of Halbach arrays, and the Halbach arrays are formed by arranging a plurality of permanent magnets with different magnetizing directions according to a certain rule; the stator adopts a printed circuit board. The sensor is a switch type Hall sensor. And the controller adopts a double closed loop control strategy which is combined with PI (Proportional Integral) control and current model predictive control (MPCC (Model Predictive Current Control)). When the platform works, the pose information of the rotor is obtained through the sensor, the excitation current is adjusted to control the stress condition of the rotor, and the purpose of vibration isolation is achieved.
