Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a Micro-LED structure used for vehicle-mounted display and capable of achieving light beam collimation. The Micro-LED structure comprises a substrate, a Micro-LED table top and an optical super-structure surface structure layer. The Micro-LED table board is composed of a metal reflecting layer, a p-doped region, a multi-quantum well layer and an n-doped region; the optical super-structure surface structure layer is an n-layer nano-structure array, wherein n is greater than or equal to 1; the Micro-LED table board is used for generating a light source, and the optical super-structure surface structure layer is used for realizing collimation of emergent light of the Micro-LED under any wavelength; by applying the technical scheme, collimation of emergent light under any wavelength can be realized.
