The optical transceiver module comprises a light source assembly, a lithium niobate planar optical waveguide, a detector assembly, a transimpedance amplifier, a tube shell and a polarization maintaining optical fiber; the light source assembly is used for generating high-polarization signal light; the lithium niobate planar optical waveguide is used for splitting and combining optical signals and further polarizing the optical signals; the detector assembly is used for converting signal light into a current signal and inputting the current signal into the transimpedance amplification circuit for amplification and output; the tube shell is used for bearing other elements; and the polarization maintaining optical fiber is used for outputting signal light and inputting return signal light.
