Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular detection, and particularly relates to a method for detecting NCL conformation and a G4 compound thereof based on solid nanopores. The method comprises the following steps: applying bias voltage to two sides of a solid nanopore by using the solid nanopore, testing a translocation signal of a to-be-tested sample passing through the nanopore under the condition of externally applying the bias voltage, and carrying out qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on the nucleolin in the to-be-tested sample through the translocation signal. By analyzing the amplitude and translocation time of the blocking current generated when the NCL and the G4 compound thereof enter the nanopore channel under the bias voltage, information such as the size, the electrification property and the like of the NCL and the G4 compound thereof can be obtained.
