Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a generalized thermal resistance decomposition-based transformer abnormal fan positioning method, which establishes a transformer overall experiment device comprising a direct current power supply, an oil tank, a winding, a radiator, a flowmeter, a thermocouple, an oil pump and a fan. According to the positioning method, generalized thermal resistance representing the abnormal fan position is established according to the difference of air and oil flow heat exchange caused by different fan positions. Then, a top-layer oil temperature thermal model is constructed based on convective heat transfer of transformer oil and air, generalized thermal resistance is introduced into air-side thermal resistance of the thermal model, and the change rule of top-layer oil temperature and generalized thermal resistance decomposition position parameters is analyzed; and finally, determining the abnormal fan position by using the reduction multiple amplitude of the position parameter.
