Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-gloss electrophoretic coating process, which comprises a conductive coating layer forming step and an electrophoresis step. In the conductive coating layer forming step, a conductive coating layer composed of conductive paint is formed on at least part of the surface of a base material in a coating mode, a semi-finished product is formed, and the electrical resistivity of the surface of the conductive coating layer is not larger than 500 omega.m. In the electrophoresis step, a conductive sheet and the semi-finished product are used as electrodes to be immersed in electrophoresis liquid containing charged colloid particles, and voltage ranging from 60 V to 120 V is applied, so that an electrophoresis coating layer which is coated on the conductive coating layer and is not more than 30 microns in thickness is formed. The surface resistivity is reduced by using the conductive coating layer, so that the subsequent electrophoresis step can be executed in a specific voltage range, th |
