Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production, separation and enrichment process and equipment of a microbial siderophore, and the process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an iron-deficient MSM culture medium, adjusting the pH value to 7.0, sterilizing, inoculating, and culturing in a sterile constant-temperature shaking incubator for 96-120 hours to obtain a seed solution; (2) production and fermentation: stirring the iron-deficient MSM culture medium and the seed solution, enabling microorganisms to fully utilize nutrient substances of the culture medium, keeping the temperature of a culture room at 30 DEG C, and fermenting for 96-120 hours; (3) separation: centrifuging to separate thalli from the culture solution to obtain a supernatant rich in siderophores; and (4) enrichment: enabling the supernate to enter an enrichment layer through a pipeline, adsorbing the siderophore in the supernate by utilizing the high surface area characteristic of a loading material (charcoal or porous resin), and circularly |
