Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-density solid-free completion fluid capable of resisting the temperature of 180-200 DEG C. The high-density solid-free completion fluid is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 32.6-60.5% of zinc bromide, 0-36.8% of zinc chloride, 0-9.6% of calcium chloride, 0.1-0.2% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 0.4-2.0% of propylamine hydrochloride, 0.4-2.0% of propargylamine, 0.05-0.2% of antimony chloride, 3-5% of a pH regulator, 0.2-0.4% of an anti-swelling agent, 0.5-1.0% of a free radical scavenger and the balance of water. The solid-free completion fluid has the advantages of high preparation density up to 2.045-2.355 g/cm < 3 >, high temperature resistance up to 180-200 DEG C, corrosion speed lower than 0.075 mm/a, low cost and strong field adaptability, the anti-swelling rate at room temperature is 93.1-96.7%, and the permeability and pollution to strata are small.
