Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of surfactant preparation, in particular to synthesis and application of an organosilicon surfactant. The organic silicon surfactant is prepared by addition reaction between silicon-hydrogen bonds of low-molecular double-end hydrogen-containing silicone oil and double bonds of epoxy-terminated acrylate and allyl polyether. The organosilicon surfactant is further applied to the water-based ink, and the technical problem of printing errors or ink accumulation at a nozzle in the using process of the water-based ink in the prior art is solved. 本发明涉及表面活性剂制备技术领域,尤其涉及有机硅表面活性剂的合成及应用。该有机硅表面活性剂是由低分子双端含氢硅油的硅氢键,与一种环氧封端的丙烯酸酯和烯丙基聚醚的双键间的加成反应而成;利用该有机硅表面活性剂,进而应用于水性油墨,解决了现有技术中水性油墨使用过程中打印错误或喷嘴处有积墨的技术问题。
