The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing solvent oil, phenyl ether and diN235, adding a quaternization reagent (benzyl chloride, chlorinated n-butane, n-octane and n-dodecane) while stirring, and reacting at 100-120 DEG C for 2-3 hours. When the extraction agent is used for extracting H acid denitration liquid, compared with the existing common extraction agent, the extraction agent mainly extracts nitronaphthalene sulfonic acid, alkali for reverse extraction is saved by two thirds, and the content of reverse extraction liquid is increased to more than 15%.
