Oil tank state monitoring system and monitoring method

The invention discloses an oil tank state monitoring system and method. The system comprises a control module, an ultrasonic detection module, an oil temperature sensor, an alarm module and a fuel oil heating module, wherein the ultrasonic detection module, the oil temperature sensor, the alarm module and the fuel oil heating module are connected with the control module. The control module is used for controlling the ultrasonic detection module to monitor the fuel quantity of the fuel tank and foreign matters around the fuel tank and controlling the fuel temperature sensor to monitor the fuel temperature; the controller is further used for controlling the alarm module to give an alarm when foreign matter exists around the fuel tank or the fuel quantity of the fuel tank changes abnormally, and controlling the fuel heating module to be turned on or turned off according to the fuel temperature.
