Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a temperature adjusting method and device in a food freezing process, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the shelf life, the predicted sales time, the temperature-time change data and the temperature adjusting purpose of to-be-frozen food, and the temperature adjusting purpose is to improve the food taste and/or reduce the electricity cost; when the to-be-frozen food is put in storage, the freezing temperature interval serves as an adjusting range, and on the basis that the shelf life of the to-be-frozen food is met, the temperature adjusting purpose serves as a first freezing strategy before the predicted selling time to formulate an overall freezing strategy of the to-be-frozen food; and if the to-be-frozen food is not delivered out of the warehouse after the predicted sales time, executing a second freezing strategy in the overall freezing strategies.
