The method comprises the following steps: receiving a first production instruction of a vehicle on a production line, wherein the first production instruction comprises vehicle configuration information; transmitting the vehicle configuration information to a wireless communication terminal of the vehicle through the first wireless antenna; and matching corresponding software data from the server based on the vehicle configuration information, transmitting the software data to the wireless communication terminal of the vehicle, and transmitting the software data to the target control component by the wireless communication terminal of the vehicle. According to the software data writing method provided by the invention, the wireless communication technology is adopted to support the software data writing method, so that the problems that the software writing time is too long and simultaneous co
