The device comprises an electromagnetic power generation structure, a photoelectric power generation structure and a rectification circuit module. Wherein the electromagnetic power generation structure is used for generating electric energy based on a magnetic induction line cutting power generation principle; the photoelectric power generation structure is used for generating electric energy based on a photoelectric power generation principle; and the rectifying circuit module is used for collecting and storing electric energy generated by electromagnetic power generation and photoelectric power generation and supplying power to the tire sensor.
