Comprising a lower dielectric substrate, an upper dielectric cover plate and liquid metal, a circular through hole is etched in the upper-layer dielectric cover plate; a bow-tie-like micro-channel is etched on the lower dielectric substrate and is used for filling liquid metal; the upper and lower layers of media are bonded together; the liquid metal is driven by external force to flow in the micro-channel; liquid metal flows into the micro-channel through the circular through hole, and the frequency is adjustable by adjusting the liquid metal in the micro-channel.
