According to the method, a neural network model based on deep learning is adopted to mine time sequence cooperation difference association feature information of use cost and utility values of a plurality of infrastructures in a time dimension when the plurality of infrastructures are accessed to the DC power distribution network, so that the network access benefits of the plurality of infrastructures accessed to the DC power distribution network are accurately evaluated.
