Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of titanium concentrate pre-reduction, in particular to a method for determining reduction parameters of a titanium concentrate pre-reduction process. The invention relates to a method for determining reduction parameters of a titanium concentrate pre-reduction process. The method comprises the following steps: (a) calculating the content of FeO in finished reduced titanium according to a target metal conversion rate and the component content of titanium concentrate; (b) calculating a discharge temperature and an exhaust temperature according to the target metal conversion rate; (c) calculating the coal adding amount according to the discharge temperature, the exhaust temperature and the target metal conversion rate; and (e) calculating the air supply amount according to the coal adding amount. According to the method, reduction parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to metal conversion rates of different requirements, the cost is low, and the reduction rate is high.
