Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a kiln control simulation method based on a computational heat transfer model. The method comprises the following steps: determining a parameter discourse domain and a membership rule of a PID control model; a fuzzy controller is introduced in combination with the optimized membership degree rule table to construct a fuzzy PID control model, and parameter values are corrected according to a fuzzy calculation result; a calculation heat transfer model of the kiln is constructed, reliability verification is carried out, the calculation heat transfer model is coupled with the fuzzy PID control model, the calculation heat transfer model carries out simulation calculation to obtain a simulation hearth temperature field, and the fuzzy PID control model is called to update boundary conditions during calculation convergence; when the correlation coefficient reaches a preset value, taking the correlation coefficient as an optimal solution of the parameter; and performing kiln control simulation.
