The method comprises the steps that S1, a comprehensive control center receives target indication information of a shore-based anti-frogman sonar system; s2, the comprehensive control center calculates target motion elements based on the target indication information; s3, the comprehensive control center sends the probing task instruction to the unmanned intelligent probing system; s4, enabling the unmanned intelligent exploration system to go to a designated water area, releasing the task load of the ROV, and adjusting the posture in advance according to the incoming direction of the target, so as to guarantee that the sonar and the optical load always face the incoming direction of the target; a real-time detection image is obtained through a sonar and an optical load, and the detected image is transmitted to a comprehensive control center.
