The invention discloses a simple full-automatic on-line sampling and analyzing device for a boiler, which comprises a circulating water supply pipe network and a circulating water return pipe network from plant cooling water, and a stop valve, a filter and a pressure gauge are arranged at the water inlet end of the circulating water supply pipe network; a water supply sampling area, a superheated steam sampling area, a saturated steam sampling area and a boiler water sampling area which are respectively connected with the water collecting tank at the same time are arranged between the circulating water supply pipe network and the circulating water return pipe network; the water collecting tank is connected with a water collecting tank, and the water collecting tank is connected with an external boiler deaerator through a pipeline provided with a water return pump. A manual sampling system is automatically transformed, the functions of automatic sampling and on-line automatic continuous detection are achieved,
