Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a shale oil and gas exploitation method and device considering the capillary force effect. The method comprises the steps that whether shale oil and gas are in a gas-liquid two-phase state or not is determined based on geological parameters of the shale oil and gas; if yes, solving a Penton-Robinson state equation and a gas-liquid two-phase total material balance equation to obtain the molar composition of a liquid phase and a gas phase; and determining whether the gas-liquid two-phase fugacity is balanced or not, if not, updating the initial equilibrium constant, recalculating the molar composition of the liquid phase and the gas phase until the gas-liquid two-phase fugacity is balanced, and exploiting shale oil and gas according to the molar composition. According to the method, the influence of capillary force on phase equilibrium is considered, the phase state calculation of the fluid in the nanopores is more accurately carried out, shale oil and gas exploitation is guided, and the
