The invention relates to a coiled material wet laying device which comprises a hopper, two fixing plates, a discharging shaft, an upper rolling shaft, a lower rolling shaft, two cutters, a film collecting shaft, a transmission belt, a roller, two connecting rods, two connecting pieces, a slurry baffle and a slurry coating plate. The two ends of the discharging shaft are rotationally connected with the two fixing plates correspondingly. The upper rolling shaft is located on the lower left portion of the discharging shaft. The lower rolling shaft is located under the upper rolling shaft. The two cutters are positioned between the upper rolling shaft and the lower rolling shaft; the film collecting shaft is located on the upper right portion of the lower rolling shaft.
