Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a mechanically fastened rock engineering structure support system employing adjacent mesh assemblies. The supporting assembly based on the reinforcing steel bars can be manufactured without field welding and comprises a plurality of crimping joints with different sizes and shapes, and the crimping joints are used for replacing welding to achieve connection between the reinforcing steel bar assemblies. Each crimp joint mechanically couples two or three reinforcement members together, for example, a boundary reinforcement of a reinforcement assembly with a boundary reinforcement of an adjacent reinforcement assembly. Each crimp joint includes a body having two or more arcuate recessed surfaces, each arcuate recessed surface for receiving a reinforcement piece. In a first configuration of the crimp joint, a pair of spaced apart arms extend from the body and define an opening through which a reinforcement bar passes and is disposed in the recessed surface. A deformation force is exerted on |
