Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a polyester washable energy-saving antibacterial fabric printing and dyeing process which comprises the following steps: pre-setting on a setting machine according to the requirements of textiles, reasonably controlling tension, overfeeding and the temperature of each section of drying oven, and producing according to the process of 190-200 DEG C * 30-90 seconds; polyester and spandex are printed on the polyester and spandex knitted fabric through a printing and dyeing device, and after the polyester and spandex knitted fabric is preset, a dyeing and antibacterial one-bath process is carried out; dehydrating the cleaned textile, spreading the fabric, and dehydrating at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions * 5 minutes to ensure the flatness of the fabric surface; and finished products are shaped and packaged after being knitted.
