Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an additive manufacturing high-strength Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy surface hard chromium layer and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps that the surface of an additive manufacturing Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy part is sequentially subjected to primary zinc-nickel dipping pretreatment, pickling pretreatment and secondary zinc-nickel dipping pretreatment; the pretreated part is subjected to secondary copper plating; and the copper-plated part is subjected to secondary chromium plating, and the structural part with the surface plated with the hard chromium layer is obtained.
