Polyphenyl sulfone composition and application

The invention discloses a polyphenyl sulfone composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 95-99 parts of polyphenyl sulfone resin; 0.1-5 parts of a polyarylamide liquid crystal polymer; 0.05 to 0.3 part of an acid acceptor; wherein the polyphenyl sulfone resin is derived from the following monomers in percentage by mole: 10-35 mol% of 4, 4 '-biphenol; 15 to 40 mol% of a bisphenol monomer containing an amide group; and 45-55 mol% of 4, 4 '-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone. The polysulfone resin containing the aromatic amide group and the polyarylether amide containing the aromatic amide group are compounded and combined in situ. The amide group belongs to a polar group and has hydrophilicity, and molecules containing the amide group can easily enter water molecules through interaction of intermolecular hydrogen bonds or dipole moments.
