The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding long-chain alkoxy siloxane, a fluorine-containing cyclosiloxane monomer, a vinyl-containing siloxane monomer, a methyl cyclosiloxane monomer and an end-capping reagent into a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condensation device, setting the stirring speed to be 300-600r/min, stirring for 30-60 minutes, and carrying out heat preservation for 30-60 minutes, thereby obtaining the long-chain alkyl fluorine-containing vinyl silicone oil.
