The ER-Green disclosed by the invention can specifically target the cell endoplasmic reticulum and emit bright green fluorescence, and when the cells are fixed by paraformaldehyde, the ER-Green is still retained in the cell endoplasmic reticulum; the ER-Green-proRed firstly specifically targets the endoplasmic reticulum of a cell and emits green fluorescence, and when endoplasmic reticulum autophagy occurs, the ER-Green-proRed enters an acid lysosome along with the endoplasmic reticulum and emits an acid-responsive red fluorescence signal, so that imaging of the endoplasmic reticulum autophagy process is realized.
