The pervious concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 700-1000 parts of cement, 0-300 parts of fly ash, 2-4 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-3 parts of a slurry stabilizer, 2-5 parts of hollow polypropylene fibers, 4-8 parts of a porous hydrophobic agent, 2-6 parts of an interface coupling agent, 250-320 parts of water, 40-70 parts of an open-pore physical foaming agent and 300-500 parts of through-pore pervious lightweight aggregate.
