Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an impervious shield inert synchronous grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The impervious shield inert synchronous grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 19%-28% of an inert cementing material, 45%-50% of river sand, 7%-10% of sodium bentonite, 4%-8% of a reinforcing-impervious complexing agent, 11.8%-15.7% of water and 0.1%-1% of a water reducing agent, and the total content of the raw materials is 100%. Wherein the inert cementing material is a mixture of superfine slag powder, fly ash and silica fume, and the mass ratio of the superfine slag powder to the fly ash to the silica fume is (14-18): (3-5): (2-5). The preparation method is based on solid waste resource recycling, the prepared shield inert synchronous grouting material is good in workability, good in pumpability and excellent in waterproof and anti-seepage performance, and durability and structural stability of tunnel prefabricated segments are guaranteed.
