Impact-resistant modified glass and process thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of glass, and particularly relates to impact-resistant modified glass and a process thereof. The impact-resistant modified glass is single-layer glass with textures on the surface, the depth of the textures is 0.01-0.05 mm, and the line width of the textures is 0.01-5 mm. The process comprises the following steps: pretreatment: selecting base material glass, putting the base material glass into a cleaning machine, cleaning for 2-10 minutes, and drying to obtain the cleaned base material glass; surface treatment: carrying out surface treatment on the cleaned base material glass through skip printing to obtain surface-treated glass; coating: putting the surface-treated glass into a vacuum magnetron sputtering coating machine, and coating the surface of the surface-treated glass with a non-conductive film to obtain coated glass; and carrying out high-temperature coloring sintering texture ink printing on the coated glass to obtain the impact-resistant modified glass.
