The invention discloses an automatic glass slide feeding and distributing method which is achieved through a feeding and distributing device and comprises the steps that an X-direction movable frame is moved to the outer side of a machine frame, a containing box containing glass slides is placed in the X-direction movable frame, then the X-direction movable frame is moved back to the inner side of the machine frame, a jacking assembly is started, the glass slides in the containing box are jacked upwards through a lifting rod, and the X-direction movable frame is moved to the outer side of the machine frame; and when the uppermost glass slide is ejected out of the placing box, the slide pushing assembly is started, and the glass slides ejected out of the placing box are pushed to the material distributing table through the slide pushing piece.
